"The Entertainer" by American composer Scott JOPLIN(1868-1917). Now dubbed "King of Ragtime," JOPLIN lived & died in relative obscurity, only to be acclaimed a half century later after his piano rags, "The Entertainer" in particular, were featured in the film "The Sting" as adapted & performed by Marvin Hamlisch. This and numerous other musical eCards (FredGrams) are designed expressly for young parents (and grandparents) to teach their children the alphabet and, in addition, acquaint them with classical music and great composers.
